农村社会法治化的程度直接决定着建设社会主义法治国家的实现程度 ,农村社会的有序化发展不仅依赖于国家法律的实施和法律理念的形成与普及 ,而且依赖于农村社会中的民间规范 ,依赖于农民之间的情感、道德、风俗和习惯的维持。在农村社会法治化进程中如何实现情理、法理、风俗、习惯的有机融合 ,构建以法律为主导的多元型农村社会治理机制 ,实现农村社会的法治化发展将是一项具有伟大战略意义的系统工程。
