My Opinions About the Structural Adjustment of Property Right of the Listed Stock Companies In Guangxi

上市公司是现代企业制度的典型形式。本文归纳、分析、总结 10年来广西上市公司产权结构的现状、产权结构调整取得的成绩、产权结构存在的主要问题等 ,并于此基础上提出进一步搞好广西上市公司产权结构调整之建议。

The stock companies with listed stocks are typical forms of modern enterprise system. This article generalizes, analyzes and sums up the status of property right structure, the achievements achieved by structural adjustment of property right, and main problems of property right structure, etc. in recent 10 years in the listed stock companies of Guangxi, and puts forward suggestions for the structural adjustment of property right in the listed stock companies of Guangxi.
