摘要
人应当享有死亡的权利。本文从死亡权所赖以存在的理论依托和宪法根据入手 ,对死亡权的特点与我国死亡权的立法设计做了分析并提出了相关建议。
As an individual,man has the right to choose death or not.Based on the theoretical and constitutional foundations for the existence of death right,this article analyzes the characteristics of death right and offers some suggestions about legislative design of death right in China.
