关于我国法官制度改革的思考

Some Considerations about the Judicial System Reform in China

司法公正是社会公正的最后一道防线 ,而司法公正能否实现 ,法官制度的完善与否是关键的一个环节。本文针对我国现行法官制度的状况和存在问题 ,提出了对法官制度改革的一些观点。即 :制定统一的更加严格的各级法官任职资格标准 ,消除法官管理的地方化、行政化现象 ,推行法官的职业化改革等。

Judicial fairness is the bottom line of social justice and the vital factor for the realization of judicial fairness in a perfect judicial system.Suggestions about the judicial system in China in this article include the establishment of unitary and higher standards of judicature professional qualifications,the elimination of provincial and administrative management in judicial management,and the promotion of judicature professional reform.
