摘要
为了解处于社会转型期的我国员工的工作—家庭冲突状况及原因,作者采用问卷法对448名文教卫生系统的员工进行了调查。结果表明:工作家庭冲突比家庭工作冲突严重;影响工作家庭冲突的因素包括工作时间、加班与轮班、工作卷入、来自单位的支持和照顾老幼等,多数与工作有关,而影响家庭工作冲突的因素则包括家庭卷入、来自家庭的支持和工作时间,主要与家庭有关;社会支持有助于缓解工作—家庭冲突。
Work-family conflict has been focused since people care about the total quality of life in the high rhythm times.In order to understand the state and reason of work-family conflict in the transformational China,this investigation was designed and implemented.The results indicate:①work family conflict(WFC)is stronger than family work conflict(FWC).②WFC and FWC are separately affected by the work-based variables and family-based variables respectively.③work-family conflict could be moderated by social support.
