基于溶胶凝胶固定技术的扑尔敏传感器

摘要 以包埋有四苯硼-扑尔敏缔合物的溶胶凝胶修饰铂盘电极,构成电位型扑尔敏药物传感器。以铁氰化钾作为氧化还原探针。采用循环伏安法(CV)对传感器各种修饰状态进行了表征。传感器对扑尔敏的Nermt响应范围为5.2×10~7-8.0×10^(-4)mol/L,斜率为57.8mV/pC,检出限为2.8×10^(-7)mol/L,相关系数r=0.999,pH适用范围为3.0~8.5。传感器制作方法简单,灵敏度高,选择性好,且具有良好的化学、热力学及机械稳定性。用于扑尔敏片剂的含量测定及扑尔敏排泻曲线的研究,效果令人满意。 A potentiometric type of chlorpheniramine sensor has been prepared by drip-coating the surface of disk platinum electrode with sol-gel layer.Chlorpheniramine tetraphenylborrate ion-pair complex is encapsulated into the solgel as sensing agent.Experimental results indicate that the performance of the sensor is considerably good. The range of linear response is 5.2×10^(-7)~8.0×10^(-4)mol/l with a lower detection limit of 2.8×10^(-7)mool/l,the slope is 57.8 mV/pC and the correlation coefficient is 0.999.The sensor can beused at a wider pH range of 3.0~8.5 and exhibits excellent stability and reproducibility.The determination of chlorpheniramine in pharmaceutical and the recovery experiments also display satisfying results.The sensor shows perfect properties when it is applied to urine sample and it gives a good excretion variation of chlombeniramine which is in good agreement with (?)
