摘要 随着越来越多的生物基因组序列的公布,关于后基因组的工作也逐渐展开。基因陷阱,作为克隆基因和研究其功能的重要技术,越来越显示出其举足轻重的作用。其在定向筛选,大规模化等方面的发展,使到它的应用日渐广泛。本文将对近年来基因陷阱技术的发展和前景作一综述。 Gene trap has been concerned to be infrequently and not efficient enough for large-scale projects.But some recent development seem to lay these concerns to rest.This gene trap vectors are designed for efficient screems of those genes have a consistent or a consistent express pattern.And they can been screened by some automechanism.All this show that gene trap might be a most useful strategy for studying gene function.For there are so many putative gene sequences obtained by Genome Project need to be studied,the improved gene trap should help the study of Functional Genomics Here.I'll introduce some development in(?)
