摘要
薏苡中的有效成分—薏苡内酯,具有解热、镇痛和降低血压的作用.薏苡内酯的提取、分离、纯化可采用乙醇浸泡脱油后的薏苡,得到薏苡内酯粗提物,此粗提物经氯仿—水溶剂分层,得到水层、氯仿层及水—氯仿层.分出氯仿层,用氯仿—乙醇(9:1)作洗脱剂进行柱层析,洗脱的馏分用石油醚:乙酸乙酯(5:1)作展开剂进行薄层层析分离.结果显示,在6,7,8号馏分中均含有Rf=0 346和Rf=0 415的内酯,在9号馏分中含有Rf=0 415和Rf=0 469的内酯.说明此粗提物氯仿层中可能含有结构不同的内酯.
An effective component of Coix lachrymajobi L.(C.L.L.) is Coixol, it has a lot of functions including alleviate heat, analgesia and decreasing blood pressure etc. The ethol soluble crude extraction was isolated from C.L.L. The method of extraction and separation of lactone for C.L.L. was as follows: The crude extraction was separated with CHCl3H2O and chlorform layer was established by Column Chromatography with silicagel, the eluent was chlorform:ethol(9∶1). Eluates were determined qualitatively by TLC. The result showed that the eluates of No.6,7,8 contained Lactones(Rf=0346, Rf=0415), the eluate of No.9 contained Lactones(Rf=0415, Rf=0469)
