高科技时代的人才培养与大学理念的变革

Talent Training in High-tech Era and Changes of University Idea

本文根据高科技发展的特点和由此而来的人才格式的变化,指出科学研究逐渐成为大学的核心理念,高科技时代的大学应当是研究型大学,并在此基础上提出了推进制度创新、创办我国研究型大学的基本思路.

Starting with establishing the ground of university idea,the author discusses talent model and its influence on university idea in high\|tech era.According to the characteristics of high\|tech development and the change of talent model,it seems that research is becoming the core idea of university,and it must be research\|based\|university in high\|tech era.Therefore,the author puts forward to a fundamental thought to promote institutional innovation and sets up research\|based\|university.
