水电施工企业如何走出低谷问题

随着国民经济发展的需要,我国的电力建设投资逐年增加。而其中的水电建设投资却逐年削减,致使专业性很强的水电施工企业严重窝工、恶性循环,全行业处于建国以来最不景气的低谷时期。这种局面,是长期误认为水电建设投资大、周期长,投资过分向火电偏移的政策造成的。其实,从水、火、核电的全系统建设比较,水电单位投资不高,工期不长,运行成本最低,且可综合利用。如此,应该调整电力建设投资政策,重点开发我国丰富的、可再生的水力资源,加快水电建设步伐。其时,我国的这支经验丰富、善打硬仗、任重道远的机械化施工专业队伍,自然随之兴旺起来。

Many hydroelectric station construction enterprises are now in a low tide they have ever seen since the founding of the P.R. of China.The paper analyised the reasons of low profit of the enterprises due to shortage of contracts and insufficient investment in hydroelectric construction. Tnis is the result of a wrong idea that hydroelectric construction needs longer time and larger investment than thermal power station. The paper cited a series of facts to illustrate the damaging effect the wrong idea has brought about. The paper proposed measures to change the government's investment policy and give priority to the construction of hydrop ower in China.
