摘要
本文根据电力系统等微增调度的原则,从电力系统的整体观点出发,提出用“分块差额法”,即按不同方案、不同时段、不同机组出力的差额,求出其耗煤差别,说明抽水蓄能电站为什么能节煤,以及从节煤的观点看,抽水蓄能的合理比重。本文还以分块差额法为依据,推导出一个适用于各种负荷曲线形状的通用的节煤计算公式,可用以初步判断抽水蓄能电站的节煤效益及其最佳比重。
This paper presents a new idea of calculating the fuel saving achieved by introducing pumped-storage power station in a power system. Based on the system dispatching principle, the difference of power output is calculated machine by machine hourly. Then, by using the incremental fuel consumption, the fuel consumption difference is summed up for alternatives with and without pumped-storage station. So, it can be called as the 'differential output method'. This paper suggests the installed capacity of pumped-storage station is about 8-12% of the peak load in the pure thermal power system. The author has also derived a simple formula for estimating the fuel saving in the power system by the pumped-storage station.
