Vigour and External Environment of Enterprise

本文以翔实的材料,从宏观、微观两个视角对企业活力与企业的外部环境彼此之间的依存与制约关系作了一些剖析,结合葛洲坝工程局的实际情况,揭示了水电施工大中型企业在执行现行政策中普遍遇到的一些困难和问题,提出了一些建议,指出要搞活水电施工企业,除企业自身要作好文章,解决好企业内部存在的问题外,更重要和紧迫的是国家及有关部门要在对水电施工企业的政策上作一些研究和改进,为企业求生存求发展创造一个较为宽松的外部环境。

By using plenty and detailed information, this article has made some analysis from the points of view of macrocosm and microcosm on both inter existence of enterprise vigour and its external environment which are restraints to each other. Focusing on Gezhouba Construction Bureau's actual situation, the paper attempted to illustrate the problems and difficulties which large and medium-sized hydroelectrical enterprises popularly meet with under the current policy. In order to enliven enterprises, the article put forward some proposals that the internal problems shoud be solved well by themselves, besides, good reorganization should be made, but most important and urgent point is that some research and improvement should be given to the policy regarding hydroelectrical enterprises by the Central Government and its departments.
