摘要
葛根含有丰富的淀粉 ,因富含葛根黄酮而具有很大的开发价值。在分析葛的化学成分的基础上 ,论述了其栽培管理措施和开发利用途径。
Pueraria root contains abundant starch,particularly contains Pueraria root flavone which results in having very good value of exploitation.In this paper,the cultivation and utilization of Pueraria are discussed by analysing its botany charicters and chemical composition.
