摘要
最近在韩国,越来越多的大企业实行绩效与工资紧密挂钩的一种工资形式,即年薪制。年薪制注重个人能力和成果,既能调动企业员工的生产积极性,又能提高企业的经济效益,对我国实行年薪制具有很重要的借鉴意义。
In recent years, the yearly salary system, a form of pay closely related with the employees' achievement, is becoming more and more popular in big enterprises in R. O. Korea. Since the yearly salary system, laying emphasis on individuals' capabilities and achievement, is helpful not only in enhancing the employees' productive initiatives, but also in increasing the enterprises' economic profits. The analysis of the yearly salary system in R. O. Korea has great practical significance for its implementation in China.
