对市场经济条件下加强高校教师职业道德建设的几点思考

On Building of Professional Ethics of the Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the Market Economy

目前,我国高等教育正处在由计划经济向市场经济过渡时期,高校教师的价值观念也呈现出多元化的特点,师德建设方面出现了不良倾向,因此有必要从人事制度、分配制度、考评制度等方面采取措施加强教师的职业道德建设。

Higher education in China is in the transitional period from the planned economy to the market economy, so the values of the teachers in colleges and universities are diversified and there are harmful trends in building of professional ethics of the teachers in colleges and universities. Therefore, some measures should be taken to enhance building of professional ethics of the teachers.The measures include the reforms in the personnel system, the allocation system and the checkup system.
