稀土Yb^(3+)掺杂ZrF_4玻璃的能量上转换

摘要 稀土镱掺杂氟化锆基质材料,在一定条件下进行烧结,其样品用半导体红外激光980nm激发,测量到红、绿、蓝及紫四个波段的上转换荧光光谱,其波峰在412,478,558,671nm波长处,肉眼可观察到上转换红光. Rare earth Yb^(3+) doped in the ZrF4 glass are burnt on in the specific condition. (Using) 980 nm laser as an exciting light, the upconversion fluorescenct spectra of the sample are measured, and observed the red band, green band, blue band and purple band, respectively. The peak are at 412,478,558,671 nm,respectively. Upconversion red light cound be observed in eye.
