摘要
以活性炭固载磷钨杂多酸为催化剂,以苯为带水剂,实现了丙酸与异戊醇反应合成丙酸异戊酯,其反应的最佳条件为:酸、醇物质量的比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为15g·mol-1丙酸,反应时间为2.5h,带水剂用量为109mL·mol-1丙酸,产率可达到98%以上.催化剂重复实验表明,催化剂重复使用多次仍有很好的催化活性.
Activated carbon supported tungstophosphoric acid is used as the catalyst,benzene is used as the agent taking off water,bring about the isoamyl propionate using propionic acid and isoamyl alcohol. The best reaction condition :The alcohol acid mole's ratio is 1∶1.5,the amount of the catalyst used is 15g·mol^(-1)propionic acid,the reaction time is 2.5 hours,the amount of the agent taking off water 109 mL·mol^(-1 )propionic acid.The best coversion is over 98%.The catalyst can be used of repeat,it has still a nice activated.
