在学习型社会里,大学生应学会并善于利用文献信息资源进行自我学习、自我完善.有否利用文献信息资源的兴趣直接决定着大学生利用这一资源的技能和成效,进而也影响、决定着大学生素质的全面发展.学校领导、教师和馆员应站在综合素质教育的高度,分别从外部条件、第一课堂和第二课堂各有侧重、协同培养大学生利用文献信息资源的兴趣,以造就面向21世纪的厚基础、高素质的复合型人才.

In a learning type society,students have to learn and master using resources of documents and info for studying and improving themselves.The interest in using resources of documents and info determines directly students' skill and effect of using the resources,further, also the overall development of students' qualities.Collegiate leaders, teachers,and personnel of the library must train students' interest in using resources of documents and info cooperatively on the level of comprehensive quality education from outer condition,primary class and after-class stressed respectively,to bring up compound type talent with thick foundation and high quality facing 21st century.
