ON PRACTICABILITY ANALYSIS OF SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION AREAS TO BE CLASSIFIED IN MINED AREAS OF FULLY MECHANIZED CAVING FACE

摘要 随着综采放顶煤技术的进一步推广,采空区自燃理论纷纷兴起,由于受各自立场和条件限制,在现场实际应用过程中,这些理论常被误解误用,以致造成不必要的经济损失。为完善综放防灭火技术,更好地发挥理论的指导作用,根据多年的现场实践,研究总结出各自的适用条件,并使之形成一个完整的应用体系。即:1)在通常条件下,应用常规的“三带”理论或自燃新“三区”理论,以加快工作面回采推进速度,为防灭火措施的首选,但不能忽视均压(堵塞漏风通道)的作用;2)在特殊情形下(有尾巷或无旁侧采空区的综放面的回采初期),应用自燃四区理论,采用以堵塞漏风通道为主、加快回采推进速度为次的综合防灭火措施。 The present paper aims to introduce the author's coal-mining fire prevention and extinction theory and technology in the fully mechanized cave-mining conditions. As is known, with the further expansion of the fully mechanized cave-mining technology, a series of theories has arisen on the spontaneous combustion in the gob of the working faces in droves. However, such theories can often be misused because of misunderstanding or the restriction of the actual conditions or differences in the points of view on the theories related. To improve the coal-mine fire-preventing and controlling technology in fully mechanized caving conditions, it is badly in need to more fully develop the spot operation conditions so as for the theories to display their leading function. The present author has worked out a set of feasible measures in close link with his many years' practical experience in the mining work. Namely: (1) In ordinary conditions, the application should be developed on the Three Zoster Theory. The so-called Three New Areas Theory (i. e. the theory on explaining the Spontaneous Coal Combustion) in the gob is actually the most appropriate. According to the theory, the first and the most appropriate choice is to speed up the actual mining for the next in order to integrate the fire prevention and extinction into a unified mining process with no negligence tolerated to stop the air-leaking passage; (2) Under the special conditions (i. e. the areas with tail lanes or no adjacent goafs, which are fully mechanized caving the face), the so-called Four Areas Theory (i. e. the coal spontaneous combustion in the gob) should be the most accurate; measures should be taken to stop air-leaking passage. However, once the air-leaking passage is stopped or pressed solidly, prevention and monitoring should be adopted in the form of the coal spontaneous combustion in the gob in conformity to the Normal Regulations Three Zoster Theory or the New Three Area Theory can again be adopted. Whereas, in case that the Normal Regulations, where the application of Three Zoster Theory or the Three New Areas Theories seems inappropriate or run across any kind of unexpected problems, it is better to turn to the Four Area Theory immediately.
