摘要
宪法权利随着宪法的发展而发展。近代宪法偏重权利的自由方面 ,形成了以自由权为核心的宪法权利 ;现代宪法偏重权利的平等方面 。
Constitutional rights developed along with constitutions' development. Modern constitutions laid particular stress on the aspect of liberty of rights and formed the constitutional rights with liberty as their core. Yet contemporary constitutions stressed equality at the expense of liberty and took the constitutional rights with equality as their core.
