干细胞研究在体细胞克隆研究之后成为公众关注的焦点,因为它是又一个祸福相依的前沿领域。本文概述了干细胞的应用前景以及与干细胞生物学相关的伦理问题,从“人”的伦理概念的重新界定入手,讨论了当今科技伦理的应用特色。就实现科学技术与社会良性互动的伦理对策问题提出了试探性的个人观点。主张以原则性的伦理规范针对开放的基础研究,而以严格的应用伦理规范和法律条文约束应用研究和实际的社会化应用,实现科学技术作为积极建设力量的效能最大化及其与法律和伦理的和谐发展。

Stem cell research becomes the public focus after the research of somatic cell clone as it is another comic-tragic frontier field.The paper gives an overall demonstration of the basic concepts of stem cell and explains the applied prospect as well as relative ethic subjects concerning stem cell biology.Based on the redefined ethical concept of'human',the paper discusses the applied characters of contemporary scientific ethic and put forward some points on how the realization of science and technology and social conscience are mutually promoted.
