本文从管理体制、培养目标、教学管理方式、培养方式以及具体的课程设置五方面对中美高等师范教育人才培养模式进行了比较 。

This text compares the mode of the talent cultivating in the higher education between America and China on five aspects: the management system, the target of the education, the method of the teaching management and the establishment of the curriculum. Basing it, the author brings up some suggestion about the Chinese reform of talent cultivating mode of the higher education.
