摘要
教师信息技术培训应着重于提高广大中小学教师的信息素养 ,培训课程的设计应分层次、模块化。
The teachers' info-tech training should be put emphasis on enhancing the information literacy of a large number of primary and secondary school teachers. The design of the training courses should be phased out and moduled.
