摘要
量化管理在20世纪80年代末作为一种先进的管理模式被引入我国的学校管理工作 ,然而在管理实践中量化管理却逐步趋向极端 ,呈现不断泛化之势。随着时间的推移 ,量化管理泛化在学校科研管理工作中的负面效应日益凸显。本文试从高校科研工作入手 ,探讨量化管理泛化所带来的诸多不良后果 ,以期寻找对策。
Quantitative management(QM),as an advanced mode of management,was introduced into colleges of China in the1980's.As it is put into practice,the QMtends to go to extremes,and turns to unchecked spreading.And as time goes by,this unchecked spreading in the management of scientific research at college shows its negative effects increasingly.This paper,taking the management of scientific research as the point of departure,goes further into the negative effects,and expects to get some countermeasures.
