高职生应当如何适应知识经济时代对人才的要求

知识经济时代的到来 ,使“高级蓝领”和“灰领”人才的培养受到了空前的关注。高职院校作为这种人才的培养基地 ,为适应时代的需要 ,必须有针对性地对目前学生中存在的外语水平低、操作“上手”慢、沟通能力差的状况 ,调整教育思路;以培养学生坚定、勤勉的品格为突破口 ,为其成才奠定坚实的基础。

The coming of the Intellectual Economy Age has aroused unprecedented attention to the training of highly-professional Blue-Collar and Grey-Collar employees.Vocational colleges,as the training base of such employees,in order to keep up with the social trend,have to make some fundamental adjustment to their educational policy.The adjustment aims are improving the students'poor mastery of English,awkward operating ability and communication techniques,and tempering their characteristics of perseverance and assiduity,which will lay a solid foundation for their performance in the future job.
