In this thesis, based on the brief discussion which is about the necessity of the information of river and sluice in Shanghai, with the construction actuality of industry information of river and sluice in Shanghai, river and sluice industry information planning and construction are preliminary researched, including planning guidance concept, planning principles, main contents of planning, operation plans and guarantee measures.
