摘要
为正确鉴定防汛墙的安全性,加强对已有防汛墙的安全的技术管理,改善已有防汛墙的安全鉴定法,提出可靠性鉴定的概念。
In order to appraise the safety of the flood-prevention wall correctly, strengthen the technical management for the existing wall and improve the safety appraisal method ,the authors put forward the conception of reliability appraisal method for the flood-prevention wall.
