人类活动过程中,过度地排放温室气体和烟尘,使地球气候变暖,造成冰川融化,海平面上升;物种灭绝;干旱、洪涝、沙尘暴、飓风频繁地袭击地球;农作物减产,对人体健康也来严重影响。只有加强生态系统建设,加强国际合作,减排温室气体和烟尘,才能遏制气侯变暖。

In the process of human activities, excessive warm gases and dust were given off, which makes the climate of the earth get warmer and awrmer, and causes the icemelt, the sea level rise and species become extinct. The earth is frequently hit by draught, flood, sand-storm and hurricane. The output of agriculture decreases. The human health is also affected. Only when the balance system construction and international co-operation are strengthened, the exhausion of warm gases and dust is decreased, can the earth's getting warmer be prevented.
