On How to Improve the Environment of Flaunts' Development in Collegeiate Management of Each Class

摘要 在高校的班级管理中,班主任应该坚持正面教育,用马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”思想武装学生;坚持学生是国家和社会的有用人才观念;坚持多表扬、少批评;坚持班主任由专业教师来担任;坚持自主管理、完善班级管理机制;坚持学校的规章制度,健全竞争性的考评机制。 There are mainly seven pionts which the head teathers should try their best to follow. First, the students ought to be indicatied with positive ideas. Such as the doctrine of marks and libeling, the thought of Mao Zhedong, the theory of Deng Xiaoping and the mental of three represents. Second, they should have the sense that the students will constitute to their country and the society. Third, they should give more compliments and less criticism. The fourth, the head teachers must be required to give maim courses. The fifth, try to make the academic atmosphere become more free. The sixth, the students ought to be encouraged to be autonomic in their class management. The seventh, the basic principles of a school must be observed, and the examine system ought to be perfected with competition.
