摘要
该文主要采用动电位扫描法研究丙酮酸的电还原氨化反应。探讨了电解池类型、研究电极的材料、反应温度、底物(丙酮酸)及NH3 NH4Cl缓冲溶液的浓度、溶解氧等因素对该体系的动电位扫描曲线的影响规律及其原因。提出了丙酮酸发生电还原氨化反应为一个CE反应及其可能机理。
In this paper, the aminating electroreduction of pyruvic acid was studied by potentiodynamic method. We have discussed a variety of factors of this reaction, such as style of cells, material of electrodes, temperature, the concentration of pyruvic acid and the buffer, oxygen resolved in the solution, etc., which influence the curve of linear sweep. The possible mechanism of the aminating electroreduction of pyruvic acid was obtained and we consider it as a CE reaction.
