摘要
对移动活齿在其与导槽双面接触及单面接触受力的情况进行了分析,并根据活齿传动的特点,建立了其变形协调关系,从而分别求解了两种情况下作用在活齿上的力;在此基础上导出了活齿与激波器、活齿与内齿轮啮合处的接触强度的公式;并给出了实例。
The force analysis of translating movable teeth under the conditions of oneface contact and twoface contact between the movable tooth and a guide slot is discussed in this paper. According to the characteristics of translating movable teeth drives, the deformationcoordination equation is established, and then forces acting on the movable teeth for above mentioned two cases can be determined. Based on it, the formulae of contact strength of mesh points between the movable teeth and the surge wheel, the movable teeth and the internal gear are derived. A numerical example is given.
