肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT诊断

Computed tomography(CT) diagnosis of adrenocortical myelolipoma

目的 分析肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法 收集我院 1994 - 2 0 0 3年间经手术和病理证实的 5例肾上腺样脂肪瘤病例的CT及临床、病理资料。结果 5例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤术前CT明确定位、定性诊断。 5例共 5个肿块 ,以右侧多见。CT表现为类圆型肿块 ,边界清楚 ,密度不均 ,大部分为低密度脂肪 ,部分瘤边缘见点状钙化斑。结论 CT扫描能明确诊断 ,为首选方法。可以清楚显示肿瘤的位置及瘤内成分与瘤周组织关系。

Objective To detect CT characters of adrenocortical myelolipoma and analyse its essentials.Methods To collect clinical,pathologic and CT data of patients with final diagnosed adrenocortical myelolipoma admitted to our hospital from 1994 to 2003.Results All 5 tumors in 5 patients,which mainly located on the right side,were clearly localized and characterized with CT before operation.The tumors had such CT characteriacs as round-like shapes,clear bonders,uneven density inside the tumors with principal low-density fat and partly spoted cacifications.Conclusion Computed tomography can clearly show the adrenocortical myelolipomas' locations,componets and tissue relations around them.It is the first check-up method.
