摘要
本文对母语、二语和外语的认知过程进行了区别,并对母语、外语和思维的关系进行了阐述,认为语言是思维的载体,人的大脑中语料库的存量决定了母语、外语和思维的走向.本文认为中国英语是客观存在的,也存在中国英语皮钦语.外语学得的途径应该是读、听、说、写、译,充足的学习时间是必要的.
The cognitive processes of mother tongue, second language and foreign language, and the relationships among mother tongue, foreign language and thought are distinctively studied. Language is taken as a vehicle for thought. The reserve of linguistic corpus determines the direction of thinking process. Chinese English as well as Chinese Pidgin English does exist. The recommended approach to foreign language learning is reading, listening, speaking, writing and translating. Ample time for foreign language learning is necessary.
