摘要
建构主义学习观的中心是意义建构,它强调学习的积极主动性、目标指引性、任务真实性、不断反思性和互动合作性.本文通过2001年春在苏州大学外贸英语专业所进行的一项教学改革实践,从以上五个方面分析了计算机辅助项目教学模式在新学习观方面的有效性,并探讨了它对我国传统教学模式形成的冲击以及外语教师所面临的挑战.
Constructivist view of learning has meaning making at its core. It emphasizes students' engagement in active, intentional, authentic, reflective and social-dialogical learning. This paper reports a pilot educational reform activity carried out in the English for Foreign Trade program at Suzhou University in the spring semester of 2001. With much empirical data support, it analyses the effectiveness of project-based learning with technology in realizing the above five characteristics of constructivist learning. The paper also discusses the impact on the traditional teaching approaches and challenges to Chinese EFL teachers today.
