摘要
实验测定了3种高聚物在不同溶剂及混合溶剂中较宽浓度范围内溶液的粘度。对Lyons-Tobolsky方程中的[η],k′M,b分别引进了包含高聚物和溶剂溶解度参数的经验关系式,在较宽浓度范围内对高聚物在不同溶剂中的溶液粘度数据进行了关联,平均相对误差为6.3%;同时对混合溶剂体系的粘度进行了预测,平均相对误差为11.8%。
Viscosity of the solutions of three polymers in various solvents and mixed solvents in a wide range of concentration were measured. Some empirical relation formulas which comprise the solubility of polymer and solvent are introduced to the three parameters [η], kM and b of LyonsTobolsky equation. This modified LyonsTobolsky equation was used to correlate the viscosity data of polymer solutions which include polymer and various solvents in a wide range of concentration and the mean relative error of the result is 6.3%; The correlation parameters are also used to predict the viscosity of mixed solventpolymer solutions with mean relative error 11.8%. The agreement between the predictive and expedrimenta data is satisfactory.
