摘要
分析了铸轧过程中的传热特点,建立了传热过程的基本方程与数学模型,并针对3种典型的铸轧工况进行了温度场的仿真分析,研究了不同工况下系统的传热行为及铸造区和轧制区长度的变化规律。
This paper analyzed the heat transfer property in castrolling process, speediness castrolling, established the basic equation and mathematics model of heat transfer, simulated the temperature field aiming at three typical castrolling conditions; researched the heat transfer behavior and the length variety regular of casting and rolling area under the different castrolling conditions.
