摘要
以符合GMP的超细气流粉碎工艺为研究对象,设计了相应的自动控制系统,并探讨了药品超细气流粉碎工艺中部分工艺参数对产品粒度的影响。通过自动控制系统的设计,实现了对粉碎过程的计算机控制以及对气体压力、温度、流量等工艺参数的动态测试。通过二次回归的正交试验确立了气体压力、原料粒度、加料量等重要工艺参数对产品粒度影响的数学模型。所建立的自控系统已用于药品生产和实验,实验研究中得出的结论对药品生产具有实际指导意义。
The autocontrol and the process parameters influencing the product granularity by air jet pulverization according to GMP requirements are studied in this paper. A computer controls the pulverization process. The air pressure, temperature and flow rate are tested dynamically in the autocontrol system with the LabVIEW. The mathematics model describing the relationship between the important process parameters like the air pressure, raw material granularity, feeding rate and product granularity is established by the quadratic regressive orthogonal experiments. The autocontrol system has been applied to pharmaceutical production and experiments. The conclusions in the experimental study have instructional significance for pharmaceutical production.
