摘要
在MLD-10型动载磨料磨损试验机上,选用高铬铸铁、马氏体球铁与45~#钢等三种磨球材质作为上试样;选用高铬铸铁、中铬铸钢与高锰钢等三种衬板材质作为下试样进行各自不同配副性的动载三体磨料磨损试验。结果表明:在相同衬板材质条件下,磨球材质硬度提高,其耐磨性增高;而在相同磨球材质条件下,并非衬板材质硬度越高,其耐磨性越高;但磨球材质硬度越高,衬板材质耐磨性趋向于增高。在冲击能量为2.5焦时,硬度最高的高铬铸铁相互配副时,其系统耐磨性最佳。
On MLD dynamic load test unit of abrasive wear, the wear resistance tests are carried out with various pair combinations of three grinding ball materials, high chrome cast iron, matensitic nodular iron and cast steel 45,as the upper samples and three liner materials, high chrome cast iron, medium chrome cast steel and high manganese cast steel, as the lower samples.It is revealed that, with the same material liners, the wear-resistance of grinding ball material increases as its bardness increases, while the wear-resistance of liner material does not increase as its hard- ness increases for the same material grinding balls. The wear-resistance,however,tends to increase with the hardness of grinding ball material. If the impoct energy is 2.5J, the optimal system wear-resistance is reached with the pair of high chrome cast iron to high chrome cast iron having the highest hardness.
