摘要
双极板在质子交换膜燃料电池 (PEMFC)中具有隔离反应介质、收集电流、提供气体通道的作用 ,金属材料用于双极板面临腐蚀及表面层钝化影响电池性能等问题 .在介绍了研究金属双极板性能的方法 ,包括接触电阻测试、电池极化性能测试、模拟电化学方法等测试方法的同时 ,着重介绍了在双极板中应用的不同种类铁基金属材料、轻金属材料的性能及各种表面涂层技术的研究进展 .简单介绍了PEMFC中 ,金属双极板材料研究所应重点解决的技术问题 .
Bipolar plate of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) has the function of isolating reactants,collecting current and providing the channel for reaction gas.Metal bipolar materials have such problems as corrosion that decreases the performance of catalyst and forming passive film that increases the contact resistance.The research methods of metal bipolar were introduced which include interfacial resistance,polarization and mimic electrochemical testing.The performance of Fe-based alloys and light metals with different coating layers was given specially.The key technology of metal bipolar materials in PEMFC was briefly introduced.
