摘要
本文研究了低温(1300℃)烧成的不同性状的fCaO对水泥的标准稠度需水量、凝结时间、体积安定性和抗压强度等主要物理性能的影响。试验结果表明,fCaO的早期水化使水泥的标准稠度需水量增加、凝结时间缩短。水泥的体积安定性除与fCaO的含量有关外,更主要地取决于它的水化活性,并且还与硬化水泥浆体的结构和性能有关。fCaO的水化活性主要取决于烧成时杂质离子的作用。fCaO对体积安定性和抗压强度的影响结果并不是完全相同的。
Different characters of f-CaO produced by low temperature burning ( 1300℃ ) will have different influences on the physical properties of cement as water requirement for normal consistancy of cement, setting time, soundness and compressive strength. The test result reveals that the early stage hydration of fCaO makes the cement absorb more water to acquire normal consistancy, and the setting time is reduced accordingly.The soundness of cement will not only depend on f-CaO content, but also on its activity of hydration and on the structure and property of hardened cement paste. The activity of hydration of f-CaO mainly depends on the presence of minor components during clinker burning.The influence of f-CaO on the soundness and compressive strength of cement is not conformed to each other.
