汽油清净分散剂聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺的合成工艺条件

摘要 研究了聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺作为汽油清净分散剂的合成工艺条件 ,通过正交试验考察了反应温度、反应时间和配料比的影响。结果表明 ,对聚异丁烯与马来酸酐热加合反应的影响程度从大到小排列为 :反应温度 ,反应时间 ,配料比。最佳反应条件如下 :反应温度为 2 30~ 2 4 0℃、反应时间为 14h ,聚异丁烯与马来酸酐配料比为 1∶2。对合成的单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TETA)、双聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TETA)、单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TEPA)、双聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TEPA) 4种产物做了滤纸分散和金属表面氧化结焦实验 ,对其性能进行了初步评价。结果表明 ,单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺具有较好的清净分散效果 ,其中单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TETA)的增溶率达到 9.2 % ;4种产物在铜板上的氧化结焦率都比较小 ,在钢板上的氧化结焦率都比较大。此外 ,还考察了不同浓度的单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TETA)和单聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺 (TEPA)对增溶率的影响 ,结果显示 ,当浓度为 The synthesis conditions of polyisobutylene succinimide taken as gasoline detergent-disperant were investigated. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and mixture ratio on the reaction of polyisobutylene and maleic anhydride were studied by the use of orthogonal test. The experiments demonstrated that reaction temperature had more influence than reaction time, and mixture ratio had less influence on the reaction. The best conditions of addition reaction of polyisobutylene and maleic anhydride were determined. The best reaction temperature is in the range of 230 ℃ to 240 ℃, and the reaction time is about 14 hours, and the mixture ratio of polyisobutylene to maleic anhydride is one to two. The functions of four products of polyisobutylene succinimide, bi-polyisobutylene succinimide, polyisobutylene succinimide and bi-polyisobutylene succinimide were fundamentally evaluated. The experiments indicated that polyisobutylene succinimide had good properties, when it was taken as detergent disperant. Especially, when the detergence disperancy rate of polyisobutylene succinimide reached 9.2 percent, the oxidation coking rates of the four kinds of products on copper plate were small, but that were bigger on armor plate. In addition, the influences of different concentrations of polyisobutylene succinimide and polyisobutylene succinimide on detergence-disperancy rate were also studied. When the concentration of the two products is 0.3 mg/g, the best effect of detergent-disperant may be achieved.
