摘要
采用绘制界面张力等值图的方法 ,对两种国产石油磺酸盐复配 ,得到了能够形成胜利油田孤东 2 6 G3井脱水原油低界面张力的石油磺酸盐配方。采用实沸点蒸馏的方法 ,获得了孤东 2 6 G3井原油轻质组分 ;应用离子交换色谱的方法 ,将剩余原油重质组分分离为原油官能团四组分。分析了在孤东 2 6 G3井原油中加入上述各种组分对油样与最优配方的石油磺酸盐溶液界面张力的影响。结果表明 ,原油官能团四组分和轻质组分对原油性质的影响从强到弱的顺序为 :两性分 ,碱性分 ,酸性分 ,轻质组分 。
The petroleum sulfonate formulation available for Gudong 26-G3 crude oil with the lowest interfacial tension was found by drawing an oil-water interfacial tension contour diagram. Light fraction of Gudong 26-G3 crude was distilled, and the functional fractions including acid, basic, amphoteric and neutral fractions were isolated by ion-exchange chromatography from the remaining oil. The effects of all these fractions on interfacial tension between petroleum and the optimized formulation of petroleum sulfonate obtained from the interfacial tension contour diagram were investigated. The results show that the affecting degrees of the above four fractions and light fraction on the property of crude may be arranged from strong to weak as follows: amphoteric fraction, alkalinity fraction, acidity fraction, light fraction, neutral fraction.
