On summarization of experiences in the coal mill dedustings, it is pointed out that the main reason to the failure of dedustings in coal mills is high filtration velocity.It is succeeded by properly setting the filtration velocity to 0.4 m/s together with modifications in the design, type selection, process layouts,etc.
