从现实角度出发,重点分析了对学生进行情商培育的必要性和重要意义,指出情商培育是大学生适应社会发展的需要、是学校推行素质教育的需要、是学生成才的内在需求。提出了学校对学生进行情商培育的几个基本途径,从学生自身、课堂教育、心理辅导、校园文化等几个方面进行了分析论述,最后根据情商自身的特点指出了情商培育过程中需要注意的问题。

The article,from the realistic angle,analyses the necessity and importance of the cultivation of emotion quality of the university students.It points out the cultivation of EQ is a intrument for university students to adapt to the development of the modern society and the demand of a school promotes the quality education and the internal need for the students to grow up. It puts forward a few basic approachs to nourish the EQ of students.It analyses and discusses the problem from several aspects,such as:student's themself,classroom education,mental gllidance,compus culture.Finally,according to the character of the EQ,it points out the problems resulting from the cultivation of EQ,which we should pay attention to.
