摘要
云南民办教育的发展并不令人乐观 ,在办学条件、内部管理、师资队伍素质、办学质量、办学效益、办学评估等诸多方面仍然存在不少问题 ,制约着云南省民办教育持续、健康发展。本文对以上影响云南省民办教育发展的内在因素进行分析 ,旨在为促进云南省民办教育持续、健康发展 。
NGO-Sponsored education of Yunnan province is not optimistic ,because there are some problems of school conditions, internal management, the quality of teachers, school quality, school effect and school evaluation system. These problems restrict the sustainable and healthy development of NGO-Sponsored education of Yunnan province. This paper analyzes inner factors that affect NGO-Sponsored education of Yunnan Province in order to develop the strategies to promote its sustainable and healthy development.
