大学生人文素质教育是大学生全面素质教育基本内容之一 ,是高等教育的重要组成部分。图书馆是学校办学的三大支柱之一 ,是学校文献信息中心和大学生的第二课堂 ,对于提高大学生的人文素质起着重要作用 ,具有课堂教学无法替代的作用和优势。必须充分利用图书馆这些得天独厚的优势 ,积极开展有效的建设工作 ,真正做到“藏以致用”。

The humanities quality education is one of the basic contents of college students'overall quality education,and the important part of higher education.Library,which is one of the three pillars to the school,the literature information center,at the same time the second class for college students,plays an important part in the development of college students'quality.Compared with class teaching,library has indispensable functions and adventages.To achieve the goal of'collect books for the sake of application',we have to take full use of these advantages and develop the active construction.
