The overall design principles and scheme of the new type car-carrying warning device for overload and eccentric load are described. The software and hardware of the measurement and control system are expounded systematically. Some frame drawings of design are given. The quasi-static inspection and warning function for overload and eccentric load on cars can be reali -zed with the device.
