摘要
对某齿轮厂使用的BP公司H100淬火油和德国德润宝722淬火油的性能指标和冷却特性曲线进行了测试,根据淬火产品的使用要求,研制了相应的淬火油HSF-3和HSGKD-2,其相关性能和冷却特性曲线完全达到进口油的水平,其中HSF-3淬火油的齿轮变形规律好,优于H100进口油,而价格仅为进口油的1/3～1/2。
Performance index and cooling characteristic curve of H100 quench oil made by BP Co. and 722 quench oil made by Markquench were tested. According to the requirement of quench products, HSF-3 and HSGKD-2 quench oil were developed. Its performacne and cooling characteristic curve completely achieve the level of import quench oil. The gear deformation rule of HSF-3 quench oil excel than that of H100 oil, but its price is lower 2/3～1/2 than that of imported oil.
