摘要
借助一台模拟试验机研究油泥形成机理,提出了一种评价汽油机油分散性的模拟评定方法。红外分析结果表明,模拟试验产生的油泥与发动机试验产生的油泥有共同的特征;影响油泥形成的主要因素是燃油热解析产物中的不饱和烃和氮氧化物;高烯烃含量的汽油能加速油泥的生成。
The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of sludge formation by use a laboratory sludge simulator and to propose a new simulation method to evaluate gasoline oil dispersancy.The following results were obtained by IR spectra:the sludge formed by the simulator tests is similar to that formed in actual engine tests.The essential components for the sludge formation are unsaturated nitrogen monoxide and oxyen in thermal decomposition products of fuel. Olefin rich gasoline gives rise to much sludge formation. Adaptability of the simulator for the evaluation of engine oil dispersancy was examined.
