To improve wear resistance and contact fatigue strength of high loaded mechanical parts, one of best effective methods is to improve surface hardness. Parts surface integrity after finishing and finishing tool design are introduced. To machining parts by finishing instead of grinding, it has many advantages such as high effective, cost saving, environmental protection and convenience, etc.
